** $70.00 per child with a cap of $120.00 per family. Please fill out a form for each individual child. If you have more than 3 children attending please mark the $0 option for the 3rd Child.
In the event of an emergency in which my child is in need of immediate medical attention, hospitalization or surgery, and after reasonable efforts have been made to contact me (parents or guardian) and we cannot be located for the purpose of consenting thereto, consent for the emergency attention may be given to any person standing to loco parentis to my child. I understand my own medical insurance will be the primary coverage. I hereby release Reclamation Church, its staff and volunteers from the liability for injury or damage and assume all risks stemming from my child’s participation in Reclamation Church's RecKIDS Camp Program This release is completed of my own free will for the Reclamation Church Kids Camp 2026 . parent packet can be found on website reclamation.online/kids by January 31st. Elective class options will be avialable in April. We will send you an email to have you fill out which class your child(ren) woudl like to sign up for. Examples of last years classes :Sports/media/ dance/ sewing
